UK Property Accountants is a leading UK property tax and accounting firm that advises landlords, developers, and real estate investors across more than 10,000 properties. When I took over the technical stewardship of the live WordPress platform during my time at Sterling Wells, the focus was on keeping a busy, already running website fast, secure, and ready to convert daily organic and paid traffic.

My day-to-day work on the UK Property Accountants platform centered on continuous website maintenance, server and application security hardening, and Core Web Vitals speed optimization so pages loaded quickly for visitors across the UK. Beyond keeping the core setup stable, I worked closely on page strategy and built new landing pages and lead generation pages tailored to specific property tax services, such as Making Tax Digital compliance, Special Purpose Vehicle company structures, and capital gains tax planning. I also worked on interactive property tax calculators that let landlords and investors estimate their tax positions directly on the site before booking a consultation.

To turn that visitor activity into organized sales leads, I handled the web and automation pipelines connecting the frontend to the firm’s internal operations. I implemented HubSpot forms across service and campaign pages and connected them with Zapier webhooks to route client details straight into the CRM without manual data entry. For direct service upselling and paid discovery call bookings, I integrated Stripe payment processing right into the inquiry flow. Alongside the engineering and automation work, I collaborated with the SEO team to manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager setups, making sure every form submission, calculator interaction, and payment event was tracked accurately.
