UKPA – India

UKPA India (UKPA Services Pvt. Ltd.) serves as the dedicated technology, accounting support, and operational branch for UK Property Accountants. During my time working at Sterling Wells, I built the ukpa.in website from scratch on WordPress to establish an independent regional web presence for the India team.

I started with the web hosting and domain setup, configuring server environments, DNS records, and SSL certificates to ensure reliable performance from day one. The goal was to align the branch website with the primary UK brand identity while structuring the platform around the specific functions of the Indian office. I planned the page strategy to highlight the team’s capabilities in property tax research, fintech support, and back-office management, as well as their cross-border collaboration with the UK and Nepal headquarters.

A central focus of the build was talent acquisition. I designed and developed structured careers pages and recruitment intake forms, allowing qualified accounting and technical professionals across India to explore open roles, review requirements, and submit job applications directly. After launching the platform, I managed ongoing website maintenance, server security hardening, and Core Web Vitals speed optimization so pages loaded rapidly on mobile and desktop devices. I also collaborated with the SEO team to implement Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, ensuring visitor traffic, career submissions, and engagement metrics were tracked accurately.
