Square Education and Migration Consultancy is an international education and visa consultancy operating across Australia and Nepal, helping students with overseas university admissions, migration pathways, and test preparation. Working with them on a freelance basis, I handled their core business tools, organization IT setup, and ongoing social media presence across both regions.

Because the consultancy operates offices in both countries and runs both the squareeducation.com.au and squareeducation.com.np domains, they needed a unified system for their teams to communicate and share files securely. I managed the organization-level Microsoft 365 setup across their domains, configuring business email accounts, user roles, security permissions, and shared cloud storage so staff in Nepal and Australia could work together under one connected system. Alongside the cloud and domain configuration, I handled the physical device setup for organization staff, preparing and configuring office computers with the required software, mail clients, and security access so team members could work smoothly from day one.

Beyond the internal IT and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, I also worked on their digital marketing and brand visibility. I handled ongoing social media image creation and content posting, designing promotional graphics for university intakes, visa updates, and student campaigns to keep their social channels active and engaging for prospective students in both Nepal and Australia.
