MelCity Property Services is a property maintenance and cleaning company based in Melbourne, Australia, providing residential and commercial upkeep, renovations, and cleaning services. Working on this as a freelance project, I built the melcitypropertyservices.com.au WordPress platform from the ground up to give the business an online presence that attracts local Melbourne clients and generates steady service inquiries.

I started by handling the complete web hosting and domain setup, configuring server settings, DNS records, and SSL certificates so the platform launched with a fast and secure base. Because MelCity offers multiple distinct services under one brand, the site needed a structure that allowed homeowners, landlords, and commercial property managers to find what they were looking for right away. I worked on the page strategy across four major service verticals: residential and commercial property maintenance, kitchen and bathroom renovations, commercial and end-of-lease cleaning, and custom window furnishings such as blinds, curtains, and security doors.

To turn local search traffic into real inquiries, I created dedicated landing pages and local SEO pages targeting specific Melbourne suburbs and regional areas. Each service page features clear quote request forms where visitors can choose their required service, outline their property details, and submit inquiries directly to the team. Once the platform was live, I managed ongoing website maintenance, application security setup, and Core Web Vitals speed optimization so photo galleries and service pages loaded quickly on both mobile and desktop devices. I also configured Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to track search queries, visitor journeys, and quote form submissions accurately.
