BOI FinCEN Reporting is a US compliance platform created to help business owners and corporate consultants file Beneficial Ownership Information reports under the Corporate Transparency Act. During my time working at Sterling Wells, I built the boifincenreporting.com website from the ground up on WordPress to give US companies a simple, step-by-step way to handle their regulatory filings online.

I started with the complete web hosting and domain setup, configuring the server environment, DNS records, and SSL certificates so the platform had a secure foundation for handling sensitive business ownership details. Because business owners visiting the site often find government filing rules confusing, the website needed a clear structure that walked them through the requirements without friction. I worked on the page strategy and built dedicated landing pages and lead generation pages tailored to both individual business owners and business consultants, along with interactive eligibility checkers, filing checklists, and complete resource guides.

Once the US compliance platform went live, I managed ongoing website maintenance, server and application security setup, and Core Web Vitals speed optimization so pages loaded quickly across desktop and mobile devices. I also worked alongside the SEO team to configure Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, making sure search traffic, eligibility check interactions, and filing submissions were tracked accurately.
